For monthly subscription plans, we offer a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within this period. After 7 days, no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle, but you can cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

1.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans, we offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within this period. After 14 days, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion.

1.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your current billing period unless required by law.

2. One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases, such as token packs or special features, we offer a 3-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you have not used the purchased items or features, you may request a refund within this period. Once you have used the purchased items or features, they are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • The request is made outside the applicable refund period
  • There is evidence of fraud or abuse
  • The account has violated our Terms of Service
  • The user has previously received refunds for similar reasons
